About Mytron Comics

Formation
Mytron Comics was formed in November 2009 by Victoria Conrad and Corey Conrad. However, our story begins many years ago, when Corey invented Dinochiken at the age of 5 years old! He would draw out comics on paper and write stories. Soon, hundreds of characters were produced and there were many ideas for stories. Corey tried to do something with this talent, but could never get started. Many years later, Corey married Victoria. Upon moving into their house, they came accross Corey's archive of creative things he did. They knew what had to be done! The story needed to be told... but they weren't sure how. Soon they stumbled accross Corey's old comic books he collected. Victoria was intrigued by them, being she never held an actual comic before. They both agreed that a comic book would be the best option! Mytron Comics was born!

January 2010
Our official website launched! Livid Outbreak Issue #1 was also found on the site at this time! Mytron Comics promoted on Twitter with this saying: "We love comics! And we hope you enjoy reading our own series!" The company was pleased to see over 100 different people on the site! Corey was more used to seeing numbers like "8" on his previous sites!

February to May 2010
Livid Outbreak issues kept coming. Better and better all the time! Corey was ready to upgrade his production. In April, Corey started a weekly Dinochiken comic strip. On May 14th it was announced on our new Facebook Page that "500+ Different People Visited Our Website! Thank You Fans!!" In addition to simple visits, people were actually reading our stuff! Livid Outbreak #1 had 83 different readers. Which is amazing to us! We also got 2 comic conventions under our belt during these months!

Oliver
On May 15th 2010, Oliver was released! For quite some time Victoria was producing Oliver stories at home, but nothing was announced or released until that day!

Livid Outbreak Concludes Mini-Series
After six issues, the Livid Outbreak mini-series was completed. They were posted on the website and also printed and sold at a few comic conventions.

Music Novel
For months Corey and Victoria worked on a graphic novel. On February 15th, it was decided that the graphic novel idea would be on hold, and it would first be released as a novel. The groundwork for Mytron Publishing have begun!
